Items shipped from Seller (saffronfabs), can be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt in original packing, and partial or full partial amount will be refunded as per the following:

A. PACKING IS UNOPENED 

A-1. Product packing is unopened; product is new, unused, in original packing, and received at seller's warehouse. 

Return shipping charges are paid by the buyer. Seller will refund full amount, but not the return shipping charges.

B. PACKING IS OPENED AND PRODUCT IS NOT DEFECTIVE

B-1. Product packing is opened, product is new, unused, repacked in original packaging, and received at seller's warehouse.

Return shipping charges are paid by the buyer. Seller (saffronfabs) will refund after deducting 20% restocking fee. 
20% restocking fee will be applied to total cost including on shipping charges (from seller to buyer).  

C. PACKING IS OPENED AND PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE 

C-1. Product is defective, repacked in original packaging, received at seller's warehouse, and defect is verified. 

Defect will include any manufacturing defect, wrong size, or wrong product. Color variation unless significant or apparent will not be considered as defect. 
If no defect is found, 20% re-stocking fee will be charged besides return shipping charges.

Return shipping charges will be paid by the buyer. Seller will refund full amount including return actual shipping charges (as paid by the buyer) in case defect is verified.

D. NO REFUND

Seller (saffronfabs) will give buyer no refund in any of the following situations:

D-1: Product is delivered as per the tracking of shipping carrier. Seller uses UPS, Fedex, USPS, and DHL shipping carries for product delivery.

D-2: Product is received after 30 calendar days or not received at all at seller's warehouse.

Refund:

Eligible amount will be refunded within 5 business days after receipt of returned product in seller's warehouse after due verification. Verification may take up to 3 business days.
